Hi I am Luc, the baker of Breaking Bread and a Belgian citizen who has found a new home in the beautiful city of Pokhara, Nepal, my journey into the culinary world blends the best of both Belgian and Nepali cultures. In my bakery and café, I strive to bring a taste of Belgium to the heart of Nepal, while also embracing the rich flavors and ingredients found in local Nepali cuisine.

Fusion Approach
My approach to the chicken patty, just like every item on our menu, is a testament to this fusion. Inspired by the Belgian attention to quality and detail, and driven by the vibrant flavors of Nepal, I’ve adapted the traditional chicken patty to create something truly unique.
